Mental capacity assessments completed in accordance with the Mental Capacity Act 2005 for Court of Protection applications relating to Property and Financial Affairs and/or Health and Welfare.
Independent certification confirming that an individual understands the Lasting Power of Attorney, has the capacity to make it and is acting voluntarily.
